How does the 'Everything To Gain, Nothing To Lose' trial work?
You book a free consultation and we will discuss your goals. We will go through a thorough orthopedic assessment and then you will have to try the service. If you do not believe we are the right fit, I am happy to refund your money. I understand personal training is a long-term commitment and investment.

How much does everything cost?
The above mentioned trial period for 4 sessions $40 per session. After the trial, it ranges from $65 - $90 per session depending on your goals and how long it will take to get there.

Is there a long-term contract I have to sign?
For semi-private, there is no contract. For 1:1 it just depends on the package purchased. There is just a signed agreement of these exact terms outlined on paper that the client signs simply for acknowledgment of these terms.

What is your cancellation policy?
We request a 24-hour cancellation notice, there will be no charge. If less than 24 hours, the session is lost. If I fail to give you 24-hour notice of cancellation you will get a free session on me.

There is a strict policy of no one day a week. For the ultimate result, we require clients to come at least 2-3 times per week.

What if I have pain?
